Farm House Christmas
Last Christmas our farm house was going through a major kitchen renovation and the main floor was being restyled as well so Christmas was kept simple and to one room only.
As I have a blue, white and silver theme going on at the main house, I wanted to go for red and white in this room.
I used red and white ornaments, some new, some from previous years…crochet doilies my Mom made and red sparkly pine cones that I made a few years ago.
My daughter made the framed ornament Christmas tree and I added some dollar store picks to my candles for a festive look.
Another DIY project from my daughter…hot glued stones to a Styrofoam cone.
Instead of stockings I added my girls’ names to IKEA containers…
Since last Christmas this room has a new paint colour, the shelving unit has also been painted and it even has a new tree…I will save those details for another day.
