Holding on to fall
Everywhere I go I see Christmas decorations…
The stores are full of wreaths, trees, you name it…they haveĀ it!
Even the grocery store put out it’s holiday chocolates before the Halloween candy was gone. I am holding on to fall a little longer!
Don’t get me wrong I love Christmas…it’s my favourite time of the year but it seems that we are always in such a rush to get from one season to the other that we are not taking time to enjoy it.
It’s November and Thanksgiving is over for us Canadians, as well as Halloween so we move on to Christmas…but here are a few photos of my fall decor.

By the way here are some things you can do now to get ready for the big season…When is it too early to decorate for Christmas.

Cheryl I always use to put up my trees in December, especially when we got a real tree but now with two houses I start a little earlier but the lights do not go on until December. I understand that bloggers have to start early, like magazines, to give the readers time to get inspired as well as do all the crafts but some are starting too early …before Halloween.

Looks great Margaret! I too am tired of seeing Christmas decorations already…some bloggers are already posting their trees…I agree that the seasons are being rushed…hold on to your fall…I am doing the same! There will be no talk of Christmas trees here until at least December 1st…
